Gareth Richards, formerly Head of Quality and Membership Services, takes over from Rita Leat.
It has been announced that Gareth Richards will succeed Rita Leat as Chief Executive of the Fellowship. Gareth said, “It’s business as usual. I look forward to working with the industry in raising standards for the benefit of consumers”.
