Grades of Membership
The grades of Membership offered by the Fellowship follow progression through the course units and provide a route to qualification as a Professional Willwriter, Probate Practitioner or a Will Instruction Taker. The Fellowship of Professional Willwriters and Probate Practitioners offer routes to qualification in stages that allow for entrance and exit levels for all candidates. More detail on the routes to becoming a Professional Willwriter, Probate Practitioner or Instruction Taker in terms of course content can be found in the Routes to Qualification section in the Education and Training section of the website.
All qualification routes have been designed to promote access to all by acknowledging the diversity of its learners and allowing for accredited prior learning1 to be considered from either formal qualifications or qualifying work experience, which is relevant to the subject area.
In all cases the Member must comply with the Fellowships Code of Conduct and be up to date with their Membership fees.
