Practitioners Fee Structure
(as at 1st April 2010)
Membership Fees
1. Initial Registration Fee: £130.00
2. Annual Membership:
2.1 a Student Member : £45.00;
2.2 an Affiliate Member : £90.00;
2.3 an Associate Member : £130.00;
2.4 a Full Member both disciplines: £295.00;
{ Probate £175 or Willwriting £175 }
2.5 a Fellow:£295.00.
3. Group Membershp:
Reduced rates available for
organisations with 10+ consultants: POA
4. Provisional Practising Certificate*:
4.1 for will instruction takers and will writers: nil
5. Supervision Fee: nil
6. Amendment to a Membership Certificate
6.1 Changes of name etc to membership certificate: £35.00
7. Compensation fee levy
7.1 Annual Contribution towards Compensation Fund
to be allocated from each membership fee: £10
*Provisional Practising Certificates only required for Members already working in the industry (rules apply).
Please note: Members who achieve the next membership level within a six month period of the previous level will not be required to pay the full fee. E.g. if a Student Member becomes an Affiliate Member in January at a cost of £90.00 and then gains Associate Membership in May of the same year, they will only be expected to pay an additional £40.00.
Provisional Practising Certificate Fee is to be paid in full – no refunds from the next level of membership are applicable.
